Freedom
To me, freedom means the ability to do anything you want without any restrictions by your parents or your relatives or by anyone. In short, it means that other people can't control your life and only you have the key to it. However, too much freedom may cause more harm than good for a number of people. It can lead people through the way of the good and also the way of the evil.
Who do not want freedom? I am sure everybody wants it. However, too much freedom can do a lot of harm. Examples are teenagers smoking, taking drugs and doing a lot more bad things. However, teenagers having no freedom at all would also start rebelling against their parents and become rebellious. After that, they may end up leaving home and mix with the bad company in order to make up for the sense of belonging they are looking for.
And so, parents should know think about the amount of freedom they are going to give their children as too much or too less of it would cause harmful effects.
For me, I think that the best way to limit the amount of freedom a parents give to their children is by rules and regulations. If children follows the rules closely and parents don't abuse the rules, I believe both parents and children would be able trust each other and live together happily. At least that is what I think as a teenager.
Finally to conclude, parents have to limit the amount of freedom given to their children. Too much or too less would also bring upon harmful effects.
